Who is this for?
This package is for parents who want hands-on, in-person support during the first few nights of implementing a sleep plan. It’s perfect for families who feel overwhelmed by the idea of doing it alone or who prefer live coaching for settling techniques and responding to wake-ups. This package is designed for parents who value having a professional guide them through the most challenging part of the process.

Postpartum Doula Services

In-person postpartum doula services are billed per hour and subject to availability.
